Funeral Service Options

A funeral consists of a series of events such as visitation and/or service, and final disposition of human remains. The traditional value of a funeral is to celebrate a life, and to provide an opportunity for family members and friends to share memories and to support each other during a difficult time.

We offer flexible service options to meet your needs and budget. Whether you decide to have a public visitation, private gathering, earth burial or cremation, we can design a service package that will satisfy your personal needs.

Definitions:

Visitation:

It is an opportunity to receive the support and respect of family and friends and share the unique aspects of a life well-lived.

You may choose to have a highly personalized gathering and to bring in items of special significance to your family.

Service:

A service is a ceremony with planned events that is designed to uniquely honour the life of your loved one through readings, music and speakers.

Your family should feel free to honour the life of your loved one in the unique way that you feel is appropriate. There are no right or wrong choices.

Final Disposition:

The decision of cremation or earth burial of the remains of your loved one is often made prior to or at the arrangement meeting with our licensed funeral directors.
